I have been an Express Car Care customer for over eight years. I wholeheartedly recommend Express Car Care to anybody wanting 'piece of mind' mechanical services. I moved out of the area five years ago and now travel the distance to get my car serviced there, as quite frankly I don't trust going anywhere else! Chris provides honest advice on what is required and when. An example of this, my brakes needed doing at X amount of kilometres. Chris advised "your brakes are due, however I can see you are not heavy on your brakes. You can get them done now or wait until the next service". I highly and confidently recommend Express Car Care. Especially for mechanically challenged people such as myself!

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Took three years, $15,000 and very nearly my sanity dealing with this moron. No after sales service, rude, a blatant liar & a rip off merchant who is smug about it. Every single thing that this buffoon touched on my truck stuffed up with half the work not even getting done all for a price that has left other mechanics astonished to say the least.
