My van’s side door wasn’t closing because two of the screws came out. Went to these guys and tallest mechanic (forgot his name) saw it.. Paid $20 (cash - rip offs) for just tightening up two screws. When I asked for receipt, he made millions excuses not to give it(don’t know why). Finally agreeing, said it will be emailed to me with the next 24 hours and took my vehicles details. Day after, I didn’t get it. I called, no one answered. I had to go from the city to Thomastown and found out that MY VAN’S PAPERWORK HAD BEEN THROWN IN THE BIN!! The mechanic just laughed like it was hilarious and said the girl who does invoices will type it in and email it to you today(same day). Been 3weeks until now, no sign of updating or emailing me.the receipt. Only reason I gave them one star was because I had no appointment, just walked it and they still dealt with me. Not recommended if you want quality customer service
