NORTHWEST Do Not Go There. Wish I read the reviews first. Had eyelashes done. Staff were very rude and careless. Lady glued lashes to my skin/eyelid when I asked the ones on my skin to be removed she left and bought another client in the room while i was waiting. She told me to go wait out front as they need the room. She also pulled the tape off quick which was painful and my right eye feels bruised. I usually go elsewhere but had no available times. Extremely terrible service.

Northwest - Nails done ok (I'm not a perfectionist in that regard) and hand massage at the end was nice. Hence the 3 star review = they did their job. But what of their customer service? Yikes. When I asked if they had space for a manicure, was ordered in to wait at a table for 15 mins, no asking me to come back and I was thirsty, so when manicurist came and I asked her for a glass of water, she came back with a mug of warm water. Yay. Then she soaked my nails in almost boiling soapy water and, when I mentioned the temp was too hot, came back with stone cold water. Kept mumbling and gesturing rather than properly asking me to do things. The whole experience was pretty uncomfortable and, looking at some of the other faces present, I wasn't the only one who felt that way. The company needs to understand that we're people, not just cash cows to be herded in and out. Thanks for the nails but definitely won't be back. I don't often do the whole beauty thing, this was a mother's day treat, so comfort is very important to me.

Do not go here. My friend and I went to the North West branch at about 8:15 PM (they close at 9). Both staff members who served my friend and I were incredibly rude and blunt, not to mention all the staff seemed very unhappy. They did not match the shape or length of nails on each hand so it turned out very uneven. The gel nail polish was not applied well as there are visible patches where polish is missing. It was very obvious that they were in a rush to get us and many other customers out of the store by 9. While my nails were being painted I asked if I can get a matte top coat and she told me no, which I assume was because she wanted us gone. My friends and I spend a lot of money in beauty upkeep but will most definitely not be spending anymore with Everlast.

Milford Disgusting! Filtly! I saw one woman was her gloves and hanf them to dry as well as dry the gloves on the folded linen in the cupboard.why not throw them out! A box of gloves would be at the most $5 Very rushed pedicure! Nails painted poorly and worst of all even with about five custimesc two man in particular were talking Vietnamese about their clients and the others including myself ( yes I could understand everything) so rude! I feel for your regulats who had no idea what you were on about and to dumb to figure it out Will never return

Milford Mall branch was fantastic, had gel manicure done and the 3 ladies working were all in a lovely mood, my technician was friendly, quick and did a great job! I was almost put off from reviews but glad I gave them a chance. Thank you!!
