The cinemas is such a cool place to go with your friends and or family to watch the latest movies! The staff members are always kind and understanding. The seating in the actual movie theatre itself is comfy and allows you to enjoy ur movie to the fullest.
Good experience, the snaks are extremely expensive. I would imagine the place woyld make more money if they actracted more people, but this will not happen with the current prices.nnThe movie options are also really limited if you have children. Maybe introducing some more options would get buts in the seats.
Been here twice. The cinemas could be cleaner. There is often popcorn stuck between the chairs. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The cinemas are a good temperature, its not too cold which I’ve experienced before. I do think the assistants could improve on their customer service though. As I am new to the country, if I ask you which drinks are available I do not expect to be told to read the sign, even if that is a logical thing to do, that’s not how you address a customer who isn’t aware. The assistants didn’t seem very interested in assisting. Do a job to the best of your ability or do not work in customer service. Overall a solid movie experience.
Always friendly staff. Clean toilet facilities which is good. Comfortable seating.
Quite upset that these cinemas are being left unclean and smelly when they are still new. Didn’t see any cleaners on site when we went to watch avatar 3D.. walked into cinema 2 and it was absolutely disgusting.. was just saying in the car on the way that I was excited because it’s nice and clean now with comfortable seats, I take that back there was rubbish everywhere and greasy sticky handprints all over the seats, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week or more. Lack of staff customer service we waited so long to get our tickets. Won’t be returning if it’s going to be like this.
