From now on - our go to place when we need to hire a car!!  Staff particularly Christopher was fantastic - it was kind of an emergency our other car was sick so we raced up there - got a beautiful tank of a car at a very reasonable affordable price. Christopher even recommended we call our insurance agent to get a discount code so he saved us even more $$$. We will forever be grateful - and Christopher and his female offsider were so nice and friendly.  Highly recommend

I’m in my 50’s, and the worst experience and customer service.  No customer service.  They did not go over the vehicle or give any help or instruction when I rang but rather ‘call roadside assist. I hired a truck for 24 hours. I rang about 20 minutes after I was due to return to state I would be another 20 minute, just needed to fill the tank. Their response ‘no problem’ I returned it about 45 minutes after.  No comment made at reception just was instructed to hand in the keys.  We’ll process it and email you. I rang 7 hours later stating I’d not received paperwork. She then sent it and to my horror she had charged me 2 full days car hire for being 45 minutes late.  And added an extra cleaning fee for me bringing my dog in the truck which was 2 kms from home.  Total charge over $500.  When I rang obviously upset.  Her response ‘I’m not going to take this abuse’ and hung up.  None of these guidelines where outlined nor was she interested in hearing my concerns.  The truck I hired was processed and sitting in the same spot 2 hours after I dropped it off. So nobody had hired the truck after me.  I won’t strongly advise not to waste your time or money and hire vehicles elsewhere.

Good cars, great drive.  Clean and great service

Not worth one star. Tried to say that I had to replace the windscreen because of stone chips that already were there. Luckily I took photos on delivery of the car. Look online and see how many people they have tried to scam. Go to hertz at the airport they are awesome.

Horrible experience. 1 star is a compliment  The truck I hired was not checked before I took it out and the exhaust brake was left on causing more fuel consumption and no cruise control option.  Called for support and no-one knew how to fix the issue and no compensation was offered.  Extremely incompetent company

I highly recommend Europcar the customer service I was totally satifyed with they couldn't do enough for you. I enjoyed the vechile I had received.

Good service, good cars, good people.  Reasonable rates as well :  Highly recommended as a no fuss company who go the extra mile
