Lunch with some former work colleagues saw me here for a midweek lunch. I liked the concept and menu aray and was looking forward to my spaghetti and meatballs. That's the positive. After 40 mins my spaghetti and meatballs hadn't came, my colleagues food had, and other people seated around us, so on inquiry they had forgotten my order. It was delivered ten mins later, wouldn't say warm but somewhere between cold and warm. By this stage it was 1pm so I needed to eat. The garlic bread was nice though. Has potential to be good, but not on this occasion for me. The confined space out the back makes it very noisy.
GOOD QUALITY ITALIAN FOOD we often order from ubereats for a quick meal at home. Good range on menu with something for everyone. Home delivery arrives in environmentally responsible packaging. Salads are fresh and the pasta has just the right level of al dente. Oven baked garlic bread is delicious - although a bit decadent too!! Good option for anyone in cbd and surrounds
Tucked out of the way this place needs to lift. I ordered stock standard spaghetti bolognese. Easy enough for an Italian Pasta bar. Disappointed with the sauce and the pasta. My spaghetti had spiral pasta mixed in for good measure. Must do better.
Update to the response I got: Maybe this picture should be what is on ubereats then. This is absolutely not the item I ordered. Looking at other reviews, it seems that there are many excuses every time a customer complains to you, instead of addressing the issue on your end. I received this pasta from ubereats. Was made and delivered quickly but then it's curdled and smells sour. Wow. So extremely disappointing. Clearly they don't quality check or they use reheated sauce... had to go straight into the bin. When I called, I was told that sometimes this happens... in all the years that I've made pasta at home, never have I ever had a sauce do this either right after it's made or even the next day or two. So gross.
I ordered carbonara pasta,but the taste was so sour,it’s really bad,I told to them,they said change for me,after new pasta comes,I tried it,it still bad,so disappointed
We tried 3 pasta flavors and 1 pizza. The pasta was good but the pizza was better. Though on the expensive side, still it's worth having the pizza there.
Already a premium lunch option, it's not good enough when the pasta comes 30 minutes after ordering for takeaway, and the container is not even half full. Portion sizes have always been on the stingy side for the price, but this time was just ridiculous. Had to microwave it in the office as well. Disappointing.
Not the cheapest spot to grab lunch, but definitely one of the best places for baked Mac & Cheese! I've come back here a few times due to the caliber of the food, and would do so again if I hadn't moved away. Let the photos and the food speak for itself the portions are bigger than they look. Try it out and you won't be disappointed.
Just paid $21 bucks on Uber Eats for an overcharged microwaved lasagna. We, at the cafe i work make lasagna homemade and charge 10 bucks for it tasting 3 times better. So disappointed. Never buying again, nor recommending it. Hopefully dine in is better.
I am sorry but this food is not fresh. The pasta was undercooked, salty and dry. It is definitely out of a packet. Not worth the big money they charge. Poor experience from Etto Brunswick.
