Absolutely cannot fault the team at Essential Beauty Eastland. Jacki is so professional and friendly. I recommend her to everyone!

They booked me in for underarm laser at 1300 hrs I was there on time, patiently waiting for 20 mins so I rang the bell next to the front desk a lady said to wait at about 5-10 mins and so I waited. Customers walking in and out and when a staff came out front treatment room she started entertaining customers that came after me. I was sitting in front of counter desk and the staff appears completely ignored me. Very disappointed

Possibly the best service I have ever received from a piercing place. When the jewellery I purchased a few months back broke they replaced with with a sturdier piece and put it into my daith for me. Just so pleased. Thanks again guys.
