The girls here are amazing super lovely and helpful, I just had my lips done by the amazing Li, she is an absolute gem. I’ve been getting my lips done for over 2 years and she is by far the best injector i have seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about your health and what is best not the money. Avoid at all costs. Went for a microdermabrasion , they could not complete the treatment. The peel they used left my skin burning and scarred. I was told that my skin will be normal. There are no signs of my going close to what I had before the peel they burned my face with. They don’t seem to be trustworthy as I was told that they will do everything yo restore my skin, but have put their hands up saying they can’t do anything. They have offered no useful help and have left my skin worst that I have ever had. The owners hung up the call on me and basically no solution was provided to restore my skin back to normal. The person who did the peel on me rubbed my face without doing a patch test or anything. Very careless , just interested in selling packages and promoting their products.Highly regret going to them.The photo speaks for itself. The solution offered is no way satisfactory to the damage caused.
Sali did my anti wrinkle injections today and not only did an amazing job, but also explained everything so throughly and checked in throughout the treatment! Sali is so outgoing and lovely - will be coming back to see her!!Service: Cosmetic dermatology
Highly recommend Aus Skin Clinic Eastland to everyone, I have seen injector Sali for my last 2 lip filler appointments and recently for anti-wrinkle. Perfect experience, free consult answered any and all my questions, my goals and set the expectation for treatment. Treatment itself was extremely comfortable and Sali clearly knows her stuff, but the RESULTS! They truly speak for themselves and I couldn't be happier. Staff are RUDE. Every time I am there or make my appointments through phone calls, they are ridiculously rude to me. Unfriendly service. Some are nice but the bad ones make my experience here bad. I asked for a refund they just refused because they DO NOT have the policy to do so. AVOID AT ALL COST. Go somewhere else. Trust me!
5 stars is not enough for the service Kaitlyn at Australian Skin Clinics provides. I have been a client of hers for over a year now for laser hair removal and have loved every minute. She has made the whole process of laser stress free! I was quite nervous to begin this treatment but Kaitlyn has eased any nerves, answering all of my questions with fantastic knowledge and understanding. While also making me feel comfortable and safe. She’s an absolute star!
Highly recommend Kaitlyn for her professionalism, strong customer service and care towards her clients. I’ve been visiting for a few years and have loved the whole experience as she always makes me feel comfortable.
