Our recent escape to 57 New Esplanade Court was a delightful adventure. This holiday apartment, situated in the picturesque town of Paignton, exceeded our expectations, providing a homely haven for our much-needed family break. Pro #1: The apartment was surprisingly spacious, comfortably housing my family of five. The living area and bedrooms were cozy, providing plenty of room for rest and recreation. Pro #2: The heated pool was a fantastic addition. It allowed us to enjoy a relaxing swim, regardless of the weather outside, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all family members. Pro #3: A dedicated parking space was provided, saving us the hassle of finding public parking, a great bonus considering the central location. Pro #4: The customer service was indeed commendable. All our queries were promptly and cordially addressed, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. Pro #5: The proximity of the apartment to the beach and local attractions was another significant advantage. It allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of Paignton, making our holiday truly memorable. Con #1: Despite the overall cleanliness of the apartment, certain areas could use a bit more detailing, especially beneath the sofas. A minor issue, but noticeable nonetheless. In conclusion, 57 New Esplanade Court was a pleasant surprise, offering a peaceful and enjoyable family retreat. The spacious interiors, heated pool, convenient parking, and excellent customer service more than made up for it. I eagerly look forward to our next visit to Paignton, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. A trip to Paignton wouldn't be complete without the comfort and convenience that this place offers.
7 days to relax, great appartment with everything we need. Heated pool was not heated, sea felt warmer. Ideal place to stay and to checkout the local area. Just minutes away from Torquay in the car or about 40 minutes walk Appartment clean and tidy.. Highly recommended
Lovely week in Paignton, close to everything and just a 40 minute walk to Torquay or 5 mins in a car. Nice beach, close to the pier and plenty of places to eat out or just eat in. Got WiFi from BT hotspot, apartment clean and tidy with some welcome extras. Your own parking space in a secure car park. Good communications from Alex the owner. Highly recommended...

Rented no 37 lovely modern flat ! All you needed there , very clean ! Nice comfortable bed & sitting room . Good location near to everything ! Pool needed a clean did go in it a few times the beginning of the week !!Rooms: 4/5
We recently stayed here and I can't recommend it enough. The apartment is alot bigger than the photos show. I stayed here with my partner and three children, and there was more than enough room. We brought our own travel cot for the baby and there was so much room to put it up, it wasn't in the way at all. Everything was so lovely and clean, with quality all around, which isn't usually the case in some places The beds were so comfortable and there was empty cupboards and drawers to put away our clothes. The apartment contained everything that we needed and more for the week. It was warm, quiet and so close to the seafront. There's a park just across the road and so much to do. We can't wait to return again soon!
Ideally located apartment with all the amenities you could ever need. Close to the waterfront and a mere seven minutes at an ambling pace to the main strip and centre of Paignton. Pool was much enjoyed by the missus and is a perfect way to unwind after a day's sightseeing.
Excellent location, warm and comfortable, fully equipped for self catering, great communication from Alex. Easy walking distance to beach, geo Park and many restraunts, not far from the bus station and the train station. Heated outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, it should be noted no lifeguard though
Been here for the last 2 years with the kids and they loved it the pool is an absolute bonusRooms: 4/5
