Managed by Terra Crest Property Management, The onsite manager here Dea is extremely rude and knows nothing about how to treat her tenants! Nice apartments and well maintained building but if you ever have a question or concern, the manager feels you are attacking her and then responds with threatening emails quoting the legislation and the tenancy agreement you signed. Asking a simple question can be a very aggravating situation. ALSO be careful on the moveout - Dea wants it SPOTLESS and will try to charge you even if it is just one crumb left in a drawer!!!! This is just my experience but conversations with many other tenants have confirmed they also think she is rude and hard to deal with. Caution to any prospective tenants as this continues to make living here very difficult. I myself have worked in property management for over 20 years and have never met a building manager this difficult.
