I was very disappointed with several aspects of my trip but the worst was being seated in 2 different rows on Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Singapore. Dates were booked and confirmed 1 year ahead and tickets showed confirmation. Lufthansa said these were done separately so husband and wife with same last names not recognized as being together. Our agent was karen Turner who left the day I left Australia. Very very disappointed
