I would like to personally thank Cairns Flight Centre - namely Imogen and Jodie for the best support in booking flights and sadly having to repeatedly change flights during what was the most difficult time in my life. Without their support ,efficiency and advocacy with Singapore airlines I would have not been able to cope. This is not said lightly with the complications that arose. Thank you both  and the reason why I always book through flight Centre. Their knowledge and efficiency is impeccable!

I had appointment, waited for one week because they are busy and I understand that. I needed to have information for my mum's flight and had questions to ask but during my appointment customer care agent was very nervous and kept telling me someone else had urgent help and made me leave before my appointment time finished. I don't know which one I should be upset for. Waiting for one week to talk to someone or for getting interrupted by someone else's urgent problem! It's my first experience with flight centre and won't come here again. Will go to a different travel agency, feeling upset to have an appointment from here and to took it serious. If you need information don't wait too long to come here, better to do your own research without feeling like you are nothing.

Cairns Central some great staff and some non responsive staff. Imogen and Naomi, thanks for your help and wonderful assistance even though you were not our consultant. Daylan, you have not responded to our emails or provided us with relevant need to know information, very disappointing and as such will never book through cairns Central. We requested little help and even that seemed too much.

Always the best advice an service, help in emergency situations, best prices. I won't use any other agency, thanks flight center team from Townsville to port Douglas for 22 years of sending me to dream destinations Dahab to Inca trail the lycinian way Mt Siani an Galapagos Islands.

I was asked its gonna cost me $4700 for return ticket to delhi by flight centre cairns centre, I checked on same airline’s website and booked same ticket for $2100. Make sure you do your own research before you go there.

I went in today to get a quote for my mum and me thinking that if the lady has ask me " how can I help you today, take  a seat" you would assume that she available to talk. Not even a minute in and she taking phone call and telling me how busy she is and all and for me to come back later. If she knew that she had 5 calls waiting for her why ask me to take a seat and start asking me question
