Stay Away from this company. We fell for it. We made the mistake so you don't have to.  Keith is a very smooth talker and signed us up to purchase one of his properties. Now I understand that we can't exactly predict the property market but we were strongly advised against purchasing in an area we were interested in because it didn't have potential. We trusted Keith and the area we wanted was one of the top 3 performers nation wide and our property would have gained $100,000 but instead we are stuck with his advised property that has lost close to that much and is in a "soft" market and have had to drop our rental price to get a tenant. Further to that the process from deposit to completion was more than 12 months, close to 6 months longer than initially advised. I guess not surprising considering his staff on occasion to weeks to reply to an email. Furthermore on the advice of one of Keith's staff we got a deposit and costs loan, this very important loan sat in our account with us paying off the loan for more than 6 months until the property completion.  And now today as I ponder the huge strata fees, the soft Hope Island market and situation we have found ourselves in which could have been so different had we listened to ourselves I spot positive reviews of the company. Which when I look at are both staff members one of whom I know is the son of Keith himself, unfortunately this doesn't surprise me.

I would give No Stars if this was an option. Avoid this company at all costs! The fast talking front man will promise the world only to sell you one of the properties that his other business, a "real estate agency" has for sale. He talks about capital growth in the area and shows charts and promises updates and to keep everything on track but none of that happens. Keith Knights convinced us to buy a second property via setting up a self managed super fund. The place they "found" for us to buy was a money pit, with massive strata fees. we trusted his advice and he took advantage of us.  We have been trying to sell it off for 12 months now and can't get rid of it. Such a money pit!  The "Guru" as he calls himself is nothing of the kind, more like a salesman with the gift of the gab. We are thousands worse off now than we were when we started with this company in 2012. We refinanced after 4 years to get away from them otherwise we'd be in further debt. Biggest mistake of our lives. Steer clear is my advice.
