I attended Epsom Dental over the weekend as I had a dental emergency and am a patient at their sister clinic - Smile With Me. The staff were extremely welcoming, reassuring and accommodated me immediately. Both the dental nurse and Shane were fantastic. Thank you!
My three daughters saw Dr Maged, and they were all a little bit nervous. By the time we started the check up he had completely calmed them down. Not just calmed them but he explained things to them in a way they would understand. 10/10 will take all five kids back to see him! To the point miss 8 was crying, himself and Katie said would you like to watch how it’s done, and said she could stand between them to see.
As a medically complex patient I am so happy that I sawnDr Amelia Tan, she took the time to not only consider how my health issues would impact my teeth and treatment but listened and asked clarifying questions, she was compassionate and thorough, explained options, and walked through treatment steps ensuring I knew what was to come before it happened. I highly recommend her and Epsom Dental, everyone I interacted with from booking the appointment to prompt treatment was kind, I have never felt more seen or cared for in a dental setting. The practice itself has two clinics meaning smaller waiting rooms, and less ambient noise, I was able to book by text, which when you have dental pain is amazing, and all of my questions and concerns were answered without reservation, and at each step in the process my comfort was prioritise. Thank you to everyone at Epsom Dental for making a challenging time so much easier.
I am a bit dentist shy. I saw Dr Danny today and he was amazing. Really kind and genuinely concerned that i had a good experience. I will definately be going back. Just so amazing, all of the Staff were fab. I highly recommend Epsom Dental
