absolutely disgraceful customer service, head office lacked any kind of experience which was well obvious while my experience over the phone. constantly putting me on hold presumably asking her superior what the hell i was even on about despite me bring quite clear as to what i wanted and when i wanted it. would most definitely not recommend. salesman were also extremely arrogant.

Absolutely Pathetic customer service! Spent 20k the month prior on timber, manager refused to send someone out to do a site measure for lockup/fix even tho I have used them multiple times prior AND was giving them my business! Just lost my business. Go somewhere else, you will find it cheaper anyway.
