I was a member of this church 15 years ago. Yes a long time ago! I was shunned from the community because I came out as a lesbian, instead of supporting me and helping a child go through a really difficult situation I was turned away. 15 years on and a new pastor, I reached out the other day to ask what their beliefs are, but before this I asked if I could attend and they said absolutely! I understand religion quite well. I also understand that some don’t agree with the LGBTIQA+ community. But to IGNORE a message after wanting to welcome me with open arms before knowing my husband was transgender is disgusting and judgmental. I was so so excited to start my journey with god again.
Enjoy church is amazing! You are greeted the second you walk in the doors by amazing people. The coffee is great and the praise and worship is amazing. I love the up beat music and worship where the Holy Spirit is felt. Preaching is great and practical and isn’t boring! I love the mixture of elderly and youth, which just shows the church is for everyone.
This is a young church and maybe will be attractive to the younger generation music wise and internet preaching. I am the old fashion person, I like the Shepherd who still feeds his flock .
Genuinely the best church I've ever been to
