I've been there a few times and generally find the wait times reasonable, staff friendly and helpful. They don't accept cash which for a government agency seems unusual. Can be difficult to find if following google maps as should be approached from the back of the building via Old Princes Highway, look for Aldi signs for underground parking.
I went to Service NSW Engadine for a simple license renewal, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed untrained, uninterested, and unwilling to help. Instead of offering solutions, they overcomplicated the process and repeatedly told me, “there’s nothing we can do.”nnAll of the staff looked unhappy to be there, and their lack of effort reflected that attitude. It felt like either the workplace environment is toxic or the management is not doing their job properly. After leaving frustrated, I checked other reviews and noticed many people have had similar negative experiences at this branch, which shows this is not an isolated issue.nnIn contrast, I went to the Miranda Service NSW and had everything sorted quickly and without any hassle. The staff there were friendly, helpful, and professional it was completely different to Engadine. Clearly, something is very wrong at the Engadine branch, and it needs to be urgently reviewed by senior management

Incredible and understanding staff every time I go there!
Brilliant centre . Took my Dad there to renew his licence the staff are so caring & Efficent . Good old fashioned customer service . Which is rare to find these days . Thx Engadine branch .
