They always have a good stock of beer at reasonable prices, however, when using the app, the option to order the beer chilled seems to have disappeared. The staff couldn't seem to find the option either.
Sorry, but the staff at Menai today were not very nice or helpful. So I will just keep going to Bankstown who are always very nice and helpful and friendly.
The location of products appears to be disjointed in their location and without assistance can be difficult using normal logic. You can waste time easily
Joined club online but when attending the store there was no apparent record of registration, apart from that the service was OK, but there appeared to be haphazard placement of stock generally
Great options for all types of alcohol and nicely laid out make it a nice experience.
Staff here are should just ask for their ID if someone looks underage and you guys not too sure about it. Don’t just stared at them and gossip.
The staff are amazing and so is the Joseph Perrier champagne

Good store and would get 5 stars except for the person on the counter. When I had a query she was rude and condescending. The manager was great though, solved my problem straight away.
I recently paid for delivery within 2 hours. They got my order wrong and didn't get what I paid for. I still had to pay the delivery service fee even though I had to collect my own order. There is no telephone number to complain, and finding the method for recourse online is impossible
