The spa is lovely, it’s clean, modern, and has a lovely atmosphere to it. It is very very small, almost a bit too small it to be very appealing. The problem I had was the walls are so thin, and it’s not very nice of relaxing to be laying there trying to tune out during a massage and being able to hear the entire conversation going on in the Next room. The massage itself was ok, but I’ve had better, it was nice but nothing special. The staff are nice and friendly. But overall, I do not believe the cost of the service matches the expectations of what you receive. For this reason I would not return, and I would not recommend massages here.
The place is amazing and one of the best Endota branches in Melbourne. It is located on a very quiet street in a very good suburb of Melbourne Eaglemont. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My therapist, Lisa, was a professional therapist whose smile added up to the quality of her therapy. I felt great after my one hour "Deep recovery". Highly recommend this.
Really lovely massage and facial. Staff were very obliging to provide a package of services tailored to me, for a voucher my husband and I received for our wedding. Staff were friendly, calm and accommodating. Will happily come again.
I had a lovely experience at endota Eaglemont today with the lovely Sandra for the intense radiance facial. Very relaxing and easy experience, staff were lovely and helpful, facilities were spotless and the whole atmosphere of the place was incredibly relaxing. I've already booked in another facial for next week with Sandra and highly recommend for a relaxing and pampering experience!
I received an Endota Spa voucher for my baby shower and got to use it today. I have had a massage with endota in the past and wasn't wowed by the experience. I had two locations close to me and opted to go to the one NOT in a shopping centre and BOY WAS I GLAD! Today, my pregnancy massage with Sandra was possibly the BEST MASSAGE I've ever had. I felt so relaxed and invigorated by the level of professionalism, calmness and attention to detail. No stone was left unturned. The highlight was that she did everything I requested on my booking sheet, medium pressure, little to medium talking, and being respectful of my changing body. This is something that is largely ignored by other establishments. I never treat myself but I booked another appointment for next week when I'll be 38.5 weeks pregnant and hopefully I won't have had the baby by then! Thank you to the team at Endota Spa - Eaglemont. I'll be back! Another bonus, they didn't try to upsell me products when I politely declined needing advice about skincare. Very respectful - and made me more inclined to think about purchasing products in the future! From one very satisfied preggo
Great massage and facial treatment rudely interrupted by a loud conversation between another staff member and client in the next room. Heard all all about their week and their friend who looks pregnant as their conversation was yelled over the sound of the spray tan machine. Not too relaxing.
Great customer service and warm friendly stuff. As with all Endota Spa locations they have a great range of massages, facials and other beauty services on the menu. This particular spa also offers HICAPs redeemable remedial massage.
Was a wonderful treatment and very friendly beautician Sandra who explained treatment and what it was doing to my skin. She also answered all my questions. Highly recommend this endota spa.
Massage was great, however was not impressed with the quality of the manicure. I do not recommend it. Nail polish chipped and cracked within 24 hours.
Love this Endota!!! The girls are soo friendly. My therapist Lisa is amazing definitely be rebooking with Lisa.
