My boyfriend and I have been to Japan and are familiar with modern Japanese fine food. We went to this restaurant a couple of days ago, after trying and get a table at their main branch in Cammaray, which looks more originally Japanese. Anyway, we had a great dining experience, also thanks to the attentive service. Highly recommended.
One of the best dining experiences in recent memory. Miso cod was buttery and melted in your mouth, sashimi tostada had a perfect balance of flavours, as did the kingfish carpaccio.
We decided to have the degustation menu because of large size party and enjoyed all the courses immensely! And so full! Will go back for more and try the extensive sake menu too
Yakitori wagyu skewers are just delicious. Service can be a bit slow in busy periods so make sure to order in one go.
Good variety of authentic Japanese cooking, good dinner place, if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere.
The dishes were tiny and very overpriced, not a good choice if you really want to eat.
Yakitori was good but let down by cut of beef/pork used.
Very disappointing experience. The salmon was apparently burnt. :
