My son has been looking for a car for some time and been let down by dealers in the past but this place has restored our faith in buying used cars. He drove 3 hours to see the car and it was totally worth it. The communication before he left was amazing, they did everything they said they would and more. Even sent a text of the car in the showroom ready and waiting and wished him a safe journey. Nice touch! He was made to feel really welcome when he arrived and the deal was very quick and straight forward. The car had been well prepped and all his questions were answered. We would 100% recommend this car dealership and will now be lifelong customers. Not probably but DEFINITELY the best car dealership in the UK. Thank you for making this a great car buying experience for my son. Friendly and amazing staff, easy and great finance, great company!!
I was searching online for a suitable vehicle for my wife. I found a car at Emerald House of cars which ticked all the boxes and was really reasonably priced. From first call to purchase of the vehicle the sales executives I dealt with Victoria and Tom were friendly, honest, informative and professional. It was well worth the 300 mile round trip to view and purchase the car.Thanks for a really easy car purchase and lovely cup of coffee Tom. See you folks again no doubt in the future.
Absolutely over the moon with my recent purchase from Emerald House of Cars. I dealt with two members of the team, Victoria & Greg. I cannot fault the experience I've had with this business! I couldn't get over to the dealership to view the car, a thorough walkaround video was sent to me when requested, which even involved Greg working late! The car is exactly as expected, delivery was hassle free and any questions I had were answered without delay. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business for anyone looking for a new car!
Bought a car advertised on their website. Due to distance from home address carried out purchase all online. I was a bit worried about not physically seeing the vehicle but many thanks to Victoria who looked after me throughout answering all my questions, very polite and professional. Many thanks to Greg for the walk round video. They even provided free delivery car was exactly as described and well presented would highly recommend.
We purchased a Mercedes A class from Tom at Emerald house of cars and we couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. The service was impeccable, I first arrived without an appointment just to look around but I was given the time and care from staff to be able to look around and test drive the vehicle of my choice. Emily was the dealer that helped me with my purchase, and on the first day despite having other appointments was able to fit me in and treated me with immense respect. Emily allowed me as long as I wanted to look over the vehicle and was able to explain any imperfections and ensure they would be rectified. Emily took my experience that one step further and contacted me via WhatsApp so If I had any questions at any time of the day I could ask them without waiting for a call back. I would highly recommend this dealership, they have numerous vehicles from family cars all the way to affordable exotic and sporty cars. I can’t fault my experience at the dealership or with Emily
I just wanted to take the time to mention how brilliant everybody was from start to finish. I had decided to make the unfortunate decision to sell my Audi S5 and had put it up on AutoTrader for a number of months, receiving nothing but silly offers and time wasters. I came across Emerald House of Cars and had a really pleasant conversation with Emily who was keen to see the vehicle. I met Rhys at the branch and he was an absolute breath of fresh air with how polite, courteous, professional and welcoming he was. We discussed a number of options and I eventually settled on selling the vehicle directly to the company. I cannot emphasise how easy they made the whole process. I appreciate the guys doing their due diligence and they did this in a timely manner, always setting clear expectations.
