Was quoted $250 to supply and install the timing belt on the phone. When I went to drop the car off was told it would now cost $450. I took the car and canceled the work . ADD: Christian called me and offered to do the work at the original quoted price. Happy that Christian did this, hence my review went from 3 stars to 4 stars.

After no response from the service manager service manager. I arrived to collect my van at approx 7:30 last Thursday night after an all day train trip. I found fuel leaking from the filler pipe joint and obviously had been for some time as the stain on your driveway was large. I’m sure it’s still there. I spent the next hour trying to improve and reduce the drip volume. After the night in a motel I returned to the vehicle to have another attempt in daylight. After an hour without out it completely stopping and using my own spare clamps , I decided we could not wait for you to reopen in 4 days time and have headed back to Winton. I will now have to get a local mechanic to fix this part of the job that your mechanic should have noticed, it was very obvious and one of the clamps had been partially stripped and was not tightening enough. You left us in an difficult position and it was unnecessary . Simple checks would have seen the problem and I would have been more than happy to pay extra for it to be properly repaired. Hopefully you do not leave too many of your customers in this predicament. I had also asked for the faulty fuel pump to be returned , this was not done.

Indy in the service department was lovely to speak with and accommodating of my continual schedule changes.

sales staff are good and helpful but after the service department are disgustingly rude and on numerous occasions have had to be spoken to about their attitude towards my wife. I will never set foot back in the place!

Two amazing sales people came to my rescue... Driving from Brisbane to Clermont with an annoying beep every 4 seconds for previous 10 hours. These two amazing people helped me solve the issue in just a few minutes. It was definitely user error... not my Hilux but my bloody dash cam While I felt like a dcik, they were professional and helpful! Turned up to get my vehicle looked at after booking it in 2 days earlier and get told it's not booked and and they can't look at it until sometime the following week, absolutely useless. WILL NOT go back there.

Service manager Ahmed was very helpful and efficient in sorting out a trickey problem on our 200 Series Landcruiser. He was pleasant to deal with and delivered what he said he would deliver. Office staff were great too. The use of a loan car whilst repairs progressed was very much appreciated Charges were reasonable and I would use this business again. Thanks for the great service!!

If your buying a new or used car I can say David is wonderful. We just bought a 2018 demo corolla and although this dealership is 8.5 hours away we still decided to buy from them as the service was miles above any other Toyota dealership. We had a lot of 2018 corolla demos we were looking at but David when the extra length to get us a great deal and include free delivery as well. They set up finance on a great rate Tracey was wonderful and have done everything to make sure we are happy with the sale. Thank you and the whole team we will recommend you to everyone

Car booked in for water pump and aircon service arrived at 7.15 its now 2.15pm just got a call to say the water pump was all done but they were not shore what was needed with the air con. After I had explained it when I booked the car in. 4 to 5 hour job and I have to waste a whole day sitting around in Emerald. Last time I ever take a Vachel to central highlands Toyota. Customers service is none excitant. So disappointed

After being down at this local business on more than one occasion, I am now sure that this business is only a tax dodge as no company would treat potential clients with such arrogance from both new car sales and parts department. Take my advice if you want better costumer service and price deal with BLACK TOYOTA BILOELA and not these jokes at Emerald
