I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had with Harmony last week. Being my first time at the salon, and having booked in for quite a significant haircut, I had thrown myself in the deep end - but she jumped right in and was so lovely to work with. She was the best hype person, and communicated everything so well. I would not have guessed she is new to the team, as her professionalism is next level. I walked out feeling like a new person - and am excited for my next appointment!!

Elysium was such a great experience for me.  All of the staff members were very nice and friendly. The environment was professional and warm. My hairdresser, Carla, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was nervous about my curly pixie cut since it can be tricky. However, Carla did a great job, I already book my next appointment with her. She was professional, kind, and delicate, with a great communication and customer service. I have been going to Elysium since early 2021 and cannot rate them high enough. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. Oscar always greets me by name, and you can tell that he values each and every customer.  I have had Max as my stylist since the start, and can say she is the best I have experienced since moving to Brisbane. Her start of appointment consultations always puts my mind at ease and make me excited for the end result, and I always leave the salon feeling 10/10. You were so accommodating and worked so hard to ensure I had an appointment that worked for me, Jade was absolutely brilliant and gave such patient direction, suggestions, and guidance, and all the staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and catered to my every whim and request through the entire appointment, not just upon arrival.
