I have been going to Richard at this clinic for many years and have nothing but positive things to say about Richard and the rest of the team. Yesterday I had an emergency situation and saw Paul. Paul was rude, did not answer my questions and basically treated me like I was an inconvenience. I hope this was a one off and he was just having a bad day.
I have received excellent service from April Hyland. She went out of her way to ensure I got a good set of trays made after they didn't come out quite right the first time. Will confidently recommend her as a dentist.
Highly recommend this place! I saw April after having not been to a dentist in over 5 years and I was so nervous. She made me feel comfortable & at ease. She did an awesome clean & I had to go back for a filling but it was so professional & pain-free it’s restored my faith in dentists lol. Have already recommended this place to all my local friends! Thanks April!

I have taken both my teenagers free for under 18s and then myself along to Jenaya at Duncan Dental. Jenaya is the most gentle dentist I've ever used and the price was good. Highly recommend
Had the best experience with Jenaya yesterday. I broke a tooth on Sunday night and she had me sorted Monday before I had a wedding on Tuesday. Professional and friendly. I will recommend Jenaya to everyone
I've been gong to Elizabeth St Dental for some time now and have always, always found the team to be excellent, friendly and informative. I can't speak highly enough of my own dentist - John Thompson, who takes the time to explain, provides options - allows for discussions. Terrific !
Didn’t even make it through to booking an appointment as the woman Judy who answered the phone was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in a receptionist position. She didn’t listen to my explanation of my problem, so I had to repeat myself several times. She spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience to her and treated me with zero respect. I hope the quality of the dentists make up for her appaulling phone manner and treatment of patients. She should be fired and replaced with someone who can treat people with the respect they deserve. Without us, she wouldn’t have a job. Very disappointing!! Fortunately, I got an appointment elsewhere. Do yourselves a favour and avoid Judy like the plague!!
Thanks to Richard and the amazing team for their great service last Friday. I got an appointment within 2 hours of contact and they were very professional and friendly. I will be recommending.
Went to the dentist yesterday. A drilling experience but pleasurable because my dentist is the best dentist in Tauranga. John Thomson is a great person and a very skilled professional ! Thanks John !!
