Friendly staff and caring doctor.  Clean and comfortable waiting room.  The fact that there is a chemist inside as well is an absolute bonus as I can get my scripts filled right away.  Been coming here for over 20 years, best medical centre for sure.

Reception is SO disorganised, rude and make you feel extremely uncomfortable, the doctors don’t help either. If you have any mental health concerns do not visit this place, they make you feel worse. The receptionists miscommunication had me waiting for a doctor who “wasn’t willing to see me” because of a prior missed appointment which I paid a fee for so that day so I could attended my appointment that day. Another doctor not the one I booked with called my name looking for another Jamie I guess and because I walked in she had to organise the mess reception had caused.nnI also have ADHD and instead of calling me, changing my appointment to a Telehealth or even sending reminder texts for my appointments… they shame me for missing my appointments then “refuse to see me” even when paying a fee for missing the appointment… I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a practice before in my life.nnONLY DOCTOR I CAN RECOMMEND IS DR. RANYA ATAIWA!! She is wonderful, patient and sweet. Every other doctor I have seen at the practice has been hostile, judgemental, rude, has no idea how to manage or prescribe medications  that are schedule 4 or above plus make you feel very uncomfortable for needing said medications or rushes through your appointment and I have seen 5 other doctors at this practice….

Made an online appointment for that morning. Receptionist was a tad aggressive in manner but all good. Doctor was on time and very professional. Overall a great experience. No hesitation in returning.

The staff are fantastic, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly, helpful, and caring. Unfortunately they are let down by a lack of doctors. The one doctor that was on did a fantastic job, but can only do so much. Being turned away due to closing 'soon' was disappointing, as there was only 1 other patient before me,  and whilst I got through quickly the next day, being there at opening time, less than 2 hours later, approx. 4 hour wait, and again, only the one doctor.

Dr Anand Chabria is fantastic he is very thorough. The reception staff are wonderful! they put up with a lot of crap from the public. Keep up the good work guys its a tough gig.
