Always come here for ideas for your bathroom upgrade. Heaps of different products on display. Helpful assistance. Free coffee. Toilets available if you spend hours looking like we did. Don't come on the weekends unless you like rugby scrums. Come during the week and get a better shopping experience
I had online order after few times visiting the show room. I took assistant advice to get the corner shower waste for my upstairs shower, unfortunately, the builder said that there wasn't enough room for plumbing. I contacted ELITE to swap, they said that they would not swap it because there was 10cm opening on the cardboard package, I had to order another one. And then I found out the handle was missing on the downstairs shower pack. My understanding is that its easy for Elite to resale the tray, it is standard size.
Friendly, helpful staff are very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions. Got a really good deal on everything we need for our new bathroom thanks to their spring sale.
Incredible range and service. Both ladies who looked after me were so helpful and took their time with me. I wish I’d come straight to them from the start and not wasted time with other suppliers. Highly recommend.
We purchased a new Tap from Elite and had an issue with it ,due to a communication error between us we didn’t resolve the problem. Elite then reached out to us and between Seanney and Josh solved the issue ,this is the customer service we have heard about and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely rate them 5 Stars as they stepped up for us,will be shopping there without hesitation when planning our new build next year. Craig and Lisa
Wow it was busy here on Sat. Good place to see lots of different brands displayed in one space. And if you're lucky the lovely young lady makes a hot chocolate for you. It was most welcome on the wet day!
Sadly, I purchased most of my bathroomware via Elite Bathroomware East Tamaki, Auckland for my new house build. They have no idea what “customer service” means and I will never buy another item from this outfit. I’m extremely disappointed with Elite Bathroomware for not refunding us fully for returning a bath that hadn’t even been unpacked, but was recommended by one of their salespeople for our new build. Our plumber informed us that the bath was unable to be fitted in our bathroom, hence the reason we had to return. We then needed to find a replacement bath, which the useless girl at Elite Bathroomware was unable to help me with. I ended up contacting Plumbline directly myself and got a bath shipped to Chesters with no obligation to buy and ended up buying it anyway. I also ended up buying my extra bathroom items I needed from Mico and Chesters. Both of these companies were far better to deal with. Not only were their prices cheaper, they both delivered excellent customer service. Be warned if you’re thinking of making the most of Elite Bathroomware “special prices” when they advertise. Sometimes the customer service and after sales services is more important than getting a good deal on the day. My advice would be to use Elite Bathroomware’s showroom to view items and get some ideas, but when you’re ready to order, go elsewhere to purchase!
Update: second time round I found the customer service fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was shown lots of different options and even scored a sale bargain! They have a huge range to choose from. Worth checking out.
We have just moved into our new home and we honestly would have saved ourselves so much time and frustration if we just came to Elite first. We are in love with our end result and every step of the way with Elite and in particular Seanney has been enjoyable and to be honest probably the part of our build I will remember most. We were in there so often and I used to fully expect them to be sick of seeing us or hearing from us but Seanney continually made us feel welcome even though we changed our minds 100 times. Seanney never stopped going above and beyond to get us the result that we wanted and I cannot thank you enough for that. She is an absolute Rockstar, not only is she friendly but she has excellent product knowledge too. The product selection is by far the best, there’s no other showroom that even comes close and their prices are super competitive also. Bodella helped us a few times when Seanney was not available and she was fantastic too. You guys have a great team. I have been referring people like crazy and will always get any future bathroom needs via Elite. Thank you so much guys!!! Casey & Blair
