Not sure about the quality of the soil in Cranbourne hard to grow plants and vegetables, it more for bush plant work well.nBut the actual Estate beautiful lot of kids around with transport facilities and lots of essential.nMedical and school for kids not a problem.nGood place to be I would say.

I moved into my newly built house at Eliston in November 2019. I think this is the best planned estate in the South East of Melbourne.nnIt has lots three huge parks with lots of stuff for kids to play. It accommodates a primary school and Kindergarten asking with three huge footy ovals, tennis courts, maternal Child health Centre, court for netball, cricket net practice and cycling and / or walking track around the ovals.nnIt was costly but I think I made the right choice buying a land in this estate. I would recommend it to everyone.

Beware allnCheater Cheater CheaternSelling house & land on fixed but it’s fraudnthe civil plan will differ after the settlement which will coast extra for purchaser out of pocket. Eliston sales people will stop answering call & will not be taking any liabilities of such a fraud act.nnIf you are still thinking to buy Please go somewhere else. You will REGRET purchasing with Eliston.

One of the best estate in clyde and clyde north. It closes to all the amenities and schools. Its costly but worth it. I will recommend to everyone to move in this estate.
