i live here. of course i love it. great place to be, close to bus and shops and schools and childcare etc. awesome sports facilities. high speed internet, what more would you want :

Absolutely love the area. My little family and I are new to the area and are absolutely in love with the clean and caring estate. We are expecting child number two and couldn't be more happier with the  place we have selected to live. People are constantly on walks with their dogs, or family and friend. And some never fail to greet with a smile. Absolutely friendly and love it here.

Beautiful estate to live and call it home. Nice park and play ground to take your kids. Close to good schools like Clyde Primary School & Light House Christian College. Easy access to shopping centers and the proposed Clyde Railway station will be next to Belmond Estate and this will take this estate to  a highly sought-after one..

Park located in quite suburb. Equipment clean, no bbq, table and chairs, skate park and walk around the water. Swings are amazing. Kids from 7 to 12yo had a ball.

We had my Great Nephews 1st birthday at the park...they really need to build a toilet block
