Recently purchased by paparazzi king Darryn Lyons, The Elephant & Castle Hotel situated on the eastern fringe of the city of Geelong has been part of the landscape in town for many a year. Built in 1891 the Hotel has seen many changes across the town and in 2005 it underwent its own changes with a redevelopment of the Hotel.
