We took these little KTM Austrian babies out for a test run and they handled the differing terrains smoothly, responding immediately to mostly higher! power requests. Mike was so knowledgeable and patient with our many questions - he obviously knows his stuff. Recommend these guys if you’re considering an e-bike purchase. It’s the only e-bike specific supplier in Dunners, so you know you’ll get the good oil.
Mike was very helpful and patient explaining the basics as I had no experience with ebikes. He sorted out one that would suit my needs and I was able to take it for a very long trial ride. Very happy with my bike and the service was fantastic. Will definitely recommend

After buying a bike for my wife and being left hopelessly behind I tried a Smartmotion Hypersonic and after quick ride up Signal Hill signed up for one. For my first decent ride I went from home in Green Island over the top of the Peninsula and on to Taiaroa Heads back to Green Island. Two hours quicker than on my old bike and still had 15% battery left despite using plenty of power on the hills. The bike exceeds my expectations especially downhill. I love the choice of modes and how well the battery lasts. I think it is great value for money. Mike set it up really well for me as well as installing a dropper post which is better than the one on my stumpjumper. We bought the Black 48v ATB mainly for my wife in mind. In the first week she's done 20 km on it very happily and I've done 99. It really delivers and is seriously versatile. I now ride it to the supermarket and into town rather than drive. Living at Green Island I thought I'd go to Mosgiel for lunch one day and ended up going to Outram instead as I was having so much fun. This bike eats hills and a return trip to Outram only used half the battery using plenty of power on the hills. After this experience it took a week for me to buy another ebike for myself. My wife was also really impressed with its performance on Signal Hill, making the whole exercise more fun than ever before.
Found Mike very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely not pushy. Very helpful to find the right bike for your needs. No problems arranging test rides. Very pleased with my purchase.
Purchased our Black ATB e-bikes from Mike and have just had our first ride on them. Mike is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. We had problems getting the Buzz Rack purchased from Sun and Snow next door to fit our vehicle but both Mike and the guy from Sun and Snow made all the modifications and got it to fit perfectly. The service so far has been excellent and we fully expect that this will be the case going forward. Thanks Mike. Top notch.

Purchased a Black commuter bike, exceptional service which started with a test ride and all of my questions answered. Bike was ordered and arrived promptly. Mike went through the operation of the bike again and provided accessories including a toolkit. Really like the fact that these bikes are made for NZ conditions and are a great price. Highly recommend Electrify Dunedin.
