Dealt with three different people and each person was just awesome. From looking, to buying to following up on seat, were all so obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. If looking for a bike, this is hands down the best place to go

Cycle World's managing director Matt Dunstan, displayed a lack of civility, vulgar use of language, and unattractive behaviour when confronted with a late court ordered payment concerning a arguable business transaction between Cycle World and myself. I am highly dissatisfied with this business.

Awesome shop and friendly staff. I enjoyed the complimentary espresso coffee while the team set him up with exactly the right bike - he's stoked! Cheers guys

Great Service. They fixed my brakes while I waited, and gave my bike some general maintenance while they were at it. The assistant showed and explained to me what he had done, and was very polite.
