Extremely poor communication and customer service. The person we tried to deal with, DS, lacked integrity and professionalism. Very unpleasant experience and our ongoing business is now going elsewhere.

Came in to view listings for properties in the area, front desk staff were extremely helpful. Got everything I needed quickly. Atmosphere was pleasant and cheerful.

I am absolutely appalled by this real estate. Today I went to pop in and noticed a sign on the door saying "back in 5 minutes" so I proceeded to wait.. 37 minutes later, still no one here and the phone line is disconnected. 

I don't know what you people are doing but, a fair few people have come by and there is no one here. Why? Why would you forsaken people like this? Is this the work of the devil? 

Please update your landline number or maybe put an appropriate sign on the door please.
