I've been to several el jannah's location and absolutely love the charcoal chicken. The charcoal chicken here was phenomenal even the breast piece which at times can be dry. But here it was perfect. The fried chicken was a bit of a miss though. One thing that they need to improve on is the table clearance and cleaning.nThere were so many tables with food and rubbish left around leaving only a few tables to sit on.
You can definitely smell the charcoal grilled smokiness in the chicken and the slight tangy hint in the marinade adds a light zesty note to the flavor. The chips are suitably seasoned and crispy. I would recommend having the legs as the breast portion can be a tad dry. The restaurant is spacious, bright and clean.

This isn't just any charcoal chicken; it's truly on a whole different level than what I've experienced elsewhere.nnTo be honest, I might even prefer it over Nandos. The way El Jannah prepares their chicken is simply unique. The smoky aroma penetrates the meat beautifully, delivering a depth of flavor that is both rich and satisfying. Each bite is infused with a delightful char that gives you that perfect grilled taste.nnOne of the standout features for me was the spicy sauce. It was absolutely delicious and reminiscent of the barbecue flavors I used to enjoy at beachfront restaurants in Indonesia. The balance of spices created a wonderful kick that complemented the chicken perfectly without overwhelming it.nnOverall, I wholeheartedly recommend trying El Jannah's charcoal chicken. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

Would be a 0 at this pointnI placed an order through the El Jannah website on the 9th February for delivery and received 2 pretty raw chickens which were all but inedible. I emailed immediately customer service with photos and have not received a response. I’m very disappointed that nobody has contacted me or even followed up, there is no number to call to even let them know immediately
