Why does the Edwards website not post any nutritional details. It's easy to make claims about how great the bread is without any facts. The bread tastes great but I have my doubts about their claims as they neglect to give any backable proven details, e.g. Nutrition Table. Probably won't buy again.

I got very sick consuming their products. On further investigation and talking to their workers I found out they grind up their expired products and reuse the ingredients to make new loafs of bread.

Bought a loaf the other day. Very nice. Will be buying more, for sure. It is very substantial and filling.

Got the organic rye, YUM! It's not a strong flavour like normal sourdough, but it's very tasty and yeast free - important for us. Perfect toasted but maybe a bit thick for a sandwich. So glad we found you, will definely be buying this regularly!
