Just Hopeless. Made a booking and table wasn’t ready. Booking had wrong numbers despite calling that day to reconfirm. No cups for water - asked several times and never came. Multiple orders forgotten - FIVE follow ups before they all arrived after most of us had finished. Staff run off their feet, suffering the pain of hopeless kitchen output. Agruementative fake blond behind the counter full of attitude, unhelpful and rude to customers - was quite satisfying to see her getting yelled at. We all left frustrated. Not a good experience.

Good interior but under staff, require proper cleaning as chairs were sticky and staff don't know about "How to serve the Customers". Already mixed up my order with other and never advise any one to go there. Really disappointed.

The coffee and churros are amazing. The staff are all super polite Only downside is they're a bit expensive but can be worth a visit for a special treat.

Popped in for a hot chocolate and some Churros. Love the Churros and the hot chocolate's one of the best I've ever tasted. I've waited a little while for my order though but it's nothing crazy. Sure is worth a second a visit.

Under staffed. Unhygenic place. Coffee is good but what’s the point having it on a dirty table and soiled cutlery. Service is bad.
