The team have always been great and accomodating every time I’ve been there, always made sure I understood the procedures, quick to pause or stop if there was any pain, and just a joy to chat and talk with. I originally came here because it was a place close to my old work and was open after my work hours, but have stuck around these past years purely on their customer service and support. Hearing their compliments on my teeth as well have always been a boost to my confidence after an appointment with them. I hope to be a long time customer with the team here, can’t praise their quality service enough!

Whilst the service is great, eDental will tell you they have the highest rebate from BUPA which they don’t.nI think trust is an extremely important element when it comes to medical practitioners so won’t be going back.nnUpdate after owner response:nMy review was in fact based on a visit to Bupa on Hay Street yesterday. eDental is not a Members First Ultimate provider Bupa’s highest tier. This contradicts what practice staff advised after discussing my Bupa cover. eDental is a Platinum Partner, which is typically below the Members First Ultimate tier.
I have been coming to E-Dental for nearly 3 years roughly and it is all due to my first visit I had with a Dental Hygienist named Lenny. First time I came she was kind, walked me through my gum issues, made me feel super comfortable and gave me dentist presents. Now I feel like I am apart of her family!nnIt’s people like this that make businesses what they are. Keep up the good work Lenny, I promise I’m brushing 2x a day and I’m flossing before bed every night!
