Look I haven't purchased from here, but every day when driving to work I see your absolutely shocking dad jokes on your water tank at the front of the store - it just makes my day. They're so bad they're good.
Simple request to upgrade our tank. From office to tradie , friendly, helpful, and all done at a less than expected price.
The process of replacing my rainwater tank was straightforward. Communication was good and detailed quotes were provided promptly. Installation took place earlier than expected. Minor issues were quickly resolved. Would recommend this business.
My experience with Eco was impeccable, from the lady on the phone to the tradie on site. I only had to wait couple weeks for the stormwater system to be installed and another 10 days for the water tank. Everything done as expected and without any issues. Definitely recommend!

From the first phone call inquiry, I was impressed with the level of knowledge and customer service provided. We had our new rainwater tank delivered on time as promised. The tips and advice provided at this time, for our own install were exceptional. Because the level of knowledge and advice was so good we not only purchased the pump but also engaged with Eco to also install it. And again we were very impressed with the workmanship and care taken. All round great local business.
Great company to deal with - very professional and friendly and made the process of obtaining a new tank easy and stress free. Prices are good and the two staff Lewis and Kane who attended my site were fantastic - professional, friendly, thoughtful about surroundings and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I walked into the shop just to have a chat about a job I had to complete. They were more than happy to give me there advice and had all my materials made up and ready by the end of that day. My customer was very happy with the product. Would highly recommend.
This company installed our rainwater tanks and have serviced them for the last 5 years. Over this time we have had several issues which needed to be resolved, due to the complex nature of our system, the latest involving a warranty issue. The service people have been universally professional and delightful. The company went out of their way to honour our warranty even though the manufacturers warranty no longer covered the time period. I would definitely recommend them for after service care and customer service.
I would recommend Eco Building Supplies to anyone who needs tanks, they were friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and came up with a solution for my new house that was within my budget. Very happy with the service and they showed up on time to install the tank. Great work guys 5 starts for you!!
