They don't give out quotes over the phone and can take up to three days to respond to email quote requests. will openly tell you this as well i don't care if only one branch takes care of nationwide quote requests. hire more people if your busy enough to be three days behind. all i was after was 1 light fixture. the customer i am inquiring for is working on an urgent shut down and has specifically asked for versalux. its embarrassing to have to tell him i cant get back to him for such a tiny quote.
