Friendly and competent staff, who go out of their way to help you thank you Luke. As a beginner Funko Pop collector, I have made a handful of visits to the store during my breaks as I’ve sadly missed a major preorder window for new Pops… So I can’t thank Luke enough for going out of his way, checking stock and giving me estimates about when pops are expected to arrive so I don’t have to use my breaks in vain, amongst various other things!
I had an awful experience at this shop with a middle aged, bald, potty mouthed employee who spoke obscenely to me and my friends as the customers and treated me with extreme disrespect. He swore and called us a multitude of foul slurs with an extreme level of sarcasm. Bro wasn’t even on shift. Reading through other reviews many customers have felt the same way so it begs the question, how has this man got away with these antics for so long without being fired. Clapped store. Despite this another employee was very apologetic and obliging but still this appalling behaviour should not be tolerated by the clear senior in the scenario.
Love coming in to browse for new games, t-shirt or just hanging around enjoying the figures and the great ambience. Very spacey place with great of toys, console, figures, etc. I can spend about half an hour or more just looking and admiring the great craft of hot toys or hasbro and all the pop vinyl toys. One thing I really feel annoy is when sometimes the staff over there are too “passion” or “friendly” with lots of unnecessary questions asking back when you just want to be alone. Feels unwelcome sometimes but realised its only a few staff who will act a bit sarcasm. He and they would talk out loud and sing without giving a business if there are customers or not. “Over friendly” perhaps but overall, the shop is really super cool, with or without those annoying staff.
Good EB Games with countless great sales. This particular location stocks many products that simply cannot be found anywhere else. It's conveniently located, down in the Westfield food court.
The sale is really really good It sells a lot of the pop figurine and also lots of merchandise.
Don't know the employees name, might call tomorrow and make a report. The guy is bald and way too old for a job like EB. Kept staring at me while i was trying to browse and I dropped an item that i was holding, he came over and i should not be touching any of the items if im going to drop it like that the item was fine when i picked it up he walks away and whispers the n slur. never going coming back here after that. Also reading some other reviews pretty sure we all are having bad experiences with the same guy so going to call em up tomorrow and find his name.

When returning an item bought from broadway via click & collect, 1 staff was very unfriendly. Would not refund to credit card, despite me providing receipt & click & collect email, offering gift card, which wasn't preferred but ok.. then the staff proceeded to request ID "in case I stole the item".. what kind of service is this to a client, with a receipt & an email with the order??!! The staff member could've easily just stated that ID is required, but for some reason decided to suggest I stole a $20 pop figure... very rude & unfriendly
Had to wait in line a while before being served, but once I made it to the front, it was a great experience! Picked up my PS5 and traded in my PS4 for a generous price. Thanks for the transaction
Entered the store on 9/02/22 around 2pm. Rude and unfriendly staff member. Bald middle-aged man. Angrily berated me for taking off my mask to take a sip of my drink. I acknowledged my mistake and apologised whilst putting my mask back on immediately. However he then proceeded to yell me “You can’t take your mask off to drink in a shop like that” and then whispered “r*tard” under his breath afterwards as he went back to restocking shelves. Extremely rude and unfriendly customer service which prompted me to then leave in a bad mood.
