Nice and relaxing beach in Geelong, not as sandy as other good Beaches are. Many restaurants and a nice play area for children.
I visited here because my favorite Japanese singer,NANA MIZUKI took the album cover picture here 3 years ago. It was a very good place.The sea was clean, and there was many place to have meal. Althought the wind was so stron,I still enjoy visted here!

Was a clean v beautiful but rough waters & not patrolled on the side we went so was not suitable for kids...a good beach however for fishing...less crowded & so kids played beach tennis. We love the beach & so still had a great time!
Perfect place to relax with friends and family. Lovely very calm beach and awesome board walk. There is even a free actual outdoor swimming pool to enjoy. Absolutely beautiful grass areas for anything you aye want to do. Also most often there is an icecream truck.
The beach is beautiful with blue sky. Plenty of open space for family or group picnics. There is a big free swimming pool and many facilities for kids to play. It is really relax to watch the seagulls circling by the sea. You can try the Ferris wheel if you are not afraid of heights. We also can buy ice cream from the ice cream truck, it is so yummy. Good place to visit.
Water is really dirty and wasn’t really comfortable to spend the day. It’s nice if you’ve got a big family and you set up on the grass. But if you’re planning to go with your partner/friends for a relaxing day then I’d probably head towards Mornington peninsula.
