Absolutely the best care I've received in my day surgery experiences so far and unfortunately I've had a few over the last 6yrs so i speak from a decent wealth of experiences.nI know every hospital does their best but these guys just do it better. nThank you EGHS Team for your care. You've even got my stubborn mum warming to the idea of getting her hand issue fixed in the future as long as it's done by your team at Ararat after her glimpse at my time there today! nSo professional and yet somehow so relaxed and caring i loved meeting every one of you today it's been a privilege.nnFor the giggles.. No debates on whether my arm is thoroughly disinfected. The pink dye job had us wheezing when we saw it at home.  Feeling prettynnThank you, i appreciate you all.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had in a hospital!!! I travelled to Ararat from Ballarat for day surgery, and I’m so glad I was given this hospital for my surgery. From the moment I entered the day procedure unit, I was treated by the most kind and caring team. From the nurse who was with me throughout the day, to the fantastic theatre staff. The anaesthetist was amazing!!! Your kind and caring face , was what I needed to see when I entered the surgical room, and of course to Dr low the wonderful surgeon, if not for you I’d still have my problem!! Thank you all so much, I am so truly grateful nThank you Kylie

Extremely happy with the quick and caring service in the Urgent care department Ararat. Pathology and Xray results back within the hour, unbelievable. So thankful.

There is no extra screen in ultrasound room, so you cannot see properly, they need to place a screen in ultrasound room for proper view and examination, Although Ultrasonography’s staff is very nice.

Dental is shocking! I won’t ever go there they put dodgy fillings, and wrong shades.nJust not good servicesnI want my teeth fixed not looking worse then before!
