At first glance you get the feeling of a back door, dark ally type of restaurant, where you would expect to see a group of extremely well dressed, heavily tattooed, menacing looking oriental gentlemen smoking in the corner... but if you take the time to actually go in, you would find some of the nicest well mannered host's you have had the pleasure of being survived by. While the decore gives you the feeling of being in your 98 year old great aunt Meredith's kitchen, the food is outstanding, and doesn't leave you with that all to familiar greased up full feeling. It's a simple place, where they use good service and great food to show that not all good restaurants need to be fancy to deliver, that what makes a restaurant great is customer service and good food.

Absolutely the best Chinese food I have ever had. Shandy special is great value to feed 3 adults. The combination Wong tong soup is my favorite meal, period. Great friendly service. 10/10

Always enjoyed the food from here. The Cantonese Pork Chiangkiang style is one of our favourite dishes from here. The regulars are always good too (honey chicken, special fried rice, spring rolls, Singapore noodles). Staff have always been polite and fairly quick to take orders. Can't comment on the table service as I have only made takeaway orders. Definitely the best Chinese in Redcliffe.
