Made my First ever report of mail theft or any kind of theft for that matter in my life, the officer I dealt with was absolutely abhorrent, when speaking to me on the phone and in person, why you ask? Because even though I called the post office, contacted the people who lived at my previous address which technically they should have contacted me as is stated in the law and called police link to enquire about possible actions before making a report I was an awful human being for not " knocking on the door" when I went to the premises it was obvious no one was home she asked me to try and get a refund for my items from the place I bought them from even though it switched to my old address due a session time out meaning the company would not be obligated to give me a refund and berated me for not repeatedly going to my old address to see if they were home which sounds like she wanted me to commit harrassment and loitering if you ask me in my report I explained that the tenants currently residing at the premises were verbally abusive and abusive over text messages as well as threatening me over text as well which was all evidence I could provide as to why I didn't want to speak to them in any great depth or even see them unless it was absolutely necessary, however I'm supposed to feel bad for them, after taking all polite respectful and appropriate actions as well as seeking advice before actually making a report, honestly what a joke.
Spoke to Michael the receptionist. He is not a police officer. He was aggressive with me. He gave personal opinions on case I was trying to resolve. He then began to berate me and said he can say what he wants because he isn’t a cop. I ask to speak to the complaints department and he informed me there isn’t one. The officer handling my case hasn’t been in for days and no one will assist. Corruption at its finest
Cringe lord QPS officers lmao So so so bad lol Officer Monique and the OIC I saw. I felt the second hand cringe dealing with them. It was that strong.
This police station works 24 hours a day, and the lady who responded the phone consultation is with good manners. I recall I had some communications with this police station. No doubt five stars!
Honestly, i was disappointed by another police station service. But got recommended to go here by policelink. This Dutton Park Police station showed me what Real Australian Police serve for citizen. Im so happy to pay lots of tax due to their exceptional help and willingness
Honestly i just got a death threat and all the police could say is to stay away from this person, i want help i want to feel safe but honestly i just feel more scared now. This is unacceptable.
Dont go here if you actually expect police to do their job. Cant be bothered is my consistent experience with this station.
I had an appointment for fingerprints and history check. I got there 30min early and waited for an hour until I was served.
i calles 6 times 2 times were answered first time cut off and second time put on hold for a long time, after that called again and no one answered.
Big fan of the workers here.
