I never thought I would be writing a negative review for a vet practice, but honestly I don't know where to start - from the fact that the staff does not care about the animals or to explain that they are absolutely inconsiderate and have no idea how to communicate to their human customers and keep them informed about the situation. I am extremely disappointed, and would rather travel to Busselton or even Perth than ever bring another animal there!

I've been taking our dogs to Dunsborough vet for over 5 years and had nothing but positive experiences, the negative reviews blow me away in that context, crazy cat lady anyone??
