We both enjoyed the old paintings on the ground floor and there are even some from the great masters. I found some of the paintings really enjoyable to see the talents of painters 100's of years ago. Spent a good 45 minutes wondering around. Then we went to the first flour that was full of many variations of the same theme. Lots of black and white lines, less than 10 minutes later we were out. Free to look round. Stars relate to the ground floor.

Great facility wonderful exhibits and lots to explore! Just a pity I didn't have the time or money to check out the two paid entry exhibits.. keep up the great work!

A great gallery of just the right size. Will give you a glimpse into nz art especially local but there's a few international surprise masters there too.

Nice art gallery. Easy access from the Octagon. Good facilities. Free entry although donations are appreciated
