Quality people and programs and a philosophy of caring about and providing a better deal for horses and people who want to make positive change is what Dune Lakes Lodge is all about.  All of this taking place in the beautiful hills and lakes of South Head,  only slightly more than an hour from Auckland.  AND only an hour's ride to a remote portion of the beach, and you are overlooking the Tasman Sea.  It was so heartening for me, I became a staff member!

I had chronic back pain for a long time. Rosemary arranged for me to have a session with her friend who did relaxation meditation. It was the best thing I have ever done, I no longer have severe pain and life is normal again. Beautiful people and beautiful serene surrounding. Highly recommended.
