I went yesterday to this store to buy some clothes for upcoming function, and found they have huge selection to choose from. The ladies staff who work there, very very helpful, polite and have lot of patience as She was showing to us many dresses to choose from… and I was very comfortable with her customer skills. I would give this store and the staff customer service 5 stars service. And definitely recommend to go there as I had excellent experience and will definitely go again in the future. Thank you.
I went to the store today. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were really polite and they served us properly and we were able to quickly able to find what we wanted as everything was very organised. I am extremely pleased and I would recommend everyone to go there!
Beautiful Modern Indian Store, full of a variety of clothing, shoes and the most gorgeous jewellery and accessories. Friendly and helpful staff. Dulhan shop, is the 2nd to the right side of bus stop.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. They were extremely lazy and would not allow us to open sarees to see how they looked because they could not be bothered re-folding them which is their job. They spoke very disrespectfully in a condescending manner and rushed/compelled us to buy from them. When we decided not to buy, they were very rude about it. Overall it was a horrible shopping experience and we recommend that everyone steers clear from this store.
This comment is from Dulhan Staff. This comment is in response to recent review about our service. That review was written in complete arrogance and ignorance. Some people only come to our shop for window shopping on their days off from work. They come to our store with absolutely no intention for any shopping and just to waste our precious time and prevent us from serving serious customers. They want us to lay all sarees and other clothes open for them every time they come to our store for the sole purpose to observe and not buy. Such people can never satisfied and only serve to arrogantly misguide future custormers about our service and products. With that being said, I request everyone to try our service and products themselves and not trust any ill-advised reviews.
Very bad customer. I asked if they have any small size suit but the lady was like its whatever it is displayed. I said do you have any things expect displayed. Its all large size, you wont fit in. She was very rude, i was not interested show us anything. I will never go to this shop.
I went to the store with my wife recently. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this store based on my experiences.

My partner and I came in today to get some traditional clothes for a friend's engagement at the Temple. The lady who served us was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and kind and let us try lots of clothes to find what we needed. Will definitely be returning to buy more for the wedding! Absolutely recommend coming here! The store is also very large and soooo clean!!!! Thankyou so much! Prices are very very good!
The staffs are so rude. They speak Hindi with each other thinking that others don’t understand. They judge you so much. They called my 6 years old girl ‘moti’ meaning that she is fat. Also, they act like as if you are obligated to buy from their store and if not then they give the sullen scowling face. So inappropriate. I would never go there again. I am disgusted with their behaviour.
