Excellent library with amazing resources and staff.n edit-took a chance and tried the back section-all material chairs are filthy and smell disgusting bc homeless people sleep on them all day. Absolutely filthy. Really hard to study when someone sits next to you who smells so bad you throw up. Yes I know it’s no fault of their own etc. And I’m terrible for pointing it out. You think the library could clean the material seats??? Do these seats look clean to you??nSo why one star? Because when you’re studying quietly and kids coming running up,feral mums talking at the top of their lungs so everyone knows little Timmy is now walking;it drives you mad. You come to a library for QUIET;if I wanted raving parents and kids running wild I’d stay home.nStaff never does anything,it’s obviously beyond them to politely say hey you’re in a library not the playground.nn*There’s only two actual quiet study rooms and they’re always being used;obv bc it’s the ONLY quiet place is the whole bloody library!! Funnily enough,after looking through the reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. So many people have left bad reviews about the noise and how loud it is at this library;and still no one does anything. They need to move the kids part downstairs or outside or SOMETHING,you cannot have a kids play centre in a library-you may as well just call it a noisy kids playground where people can come and borrow books. So frustrating.
Love this library. It has lots of books and study areas. The people working there are incredibly helpful and polite. You have free WiFi and you can also print not free. Great place to concentrate and work. There is also water to drink
My kids absolutely love going to the library. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
The Dudley Denny City Library is a great place to get your literary fix. May it be in print or digital. There is also so many other other resources like printers and even 3D printers.nAlways look out for Berky!
TOO NOISY.nWe can't say this is the library. All the kids are playing around, running and screaming but no one makes them to be quiet.nLibrary is not the playground. Also some teenagers were eating Subways in the study area. Seniors were laughing and chatting too loudly. Homelesses were sleeping on the couch everywhere. It's a shame there were a lot of staffs in the library but nobody were willing to make this library quiet and peaceful.nThey really need to make this place as a library.nIt's not good to concentrate on your study or reading at all.nDisappointed.
