Just bought a motorised buggy. I am in Gippsland, no local store, but still talk to Chris first. Buggy delivered next day, and he offered to talk me through functions. Which he did. Great delivery. Good personal service. Chris and his team really invest themselves in customer experience. Best place for golf shopping.
Friendly, fast and very helpful - spoke to Chris via email and then in store, not sure who the young man was, but he was outstanding. Well done team, great culture, keep up the good work.

Over the last few months have purchased irons, driver and new buggy. Each time James has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Even went the extra mile when ordering my irons with custom adjustment to the 3 iron to match the set as the model I chose doesn't have a three iron.
I must have missed the good service day compared to all the other reviews. I went into the store on Monday 21 September looking to purchase a new driver or set of clubs. The staff member who spoke to me could not have showed any more lack of interest if he tried. I explained I was not sure what I really needed/wanted and was prepared to spend around $1,500 on a set of clubs. Got told the ones over there are $550 or next month we will be getting some Callaway clubs in costing around $1,500. I felt I was an inconvenience to him, and he just wanted to go to lunch. Never left the sale counter and just looked like he didn’t care. I emailed my concern to Drummond Golf later that day and guess what two week later no reply. I am thinking due to COVID they have had a good sales period and achieve their budget, so they don’t need to pay the customer any respect. I don’t appear to be the only one who has had poor service, two other friends commented on poor service as well. One friend was prepared to write an open cheque for a good set of clubs, but no service equals no sale in this case. The other friend gives away any prizes he wins for Drummond Golf vouchers just due to the poor service. As I stated in my email it’s the customer who pays your wage not the boss!
Went in to buy a new set of clubs, was leaning towards Mizuno but was strongly steered towards Titleist, maybe they get a bigger commission? Was told that the clubs would take 2 weeks, several phone calls and 6 weeks later the clubs arrived. I later learned that the Vokey wedge was a superseded model I got an SM7 and the SM8 was already out. They did not keep me informed of how the order was progressing, I always had to call them. I won't be rushing back here.
I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was served by the sales person after only a short wait. I got to try a club I was thinking of purchasing all done in a relatively short time. Now just wait for my order to turn up. happy golfing.....
Great help from Chris, who provided great assistance and advice. A must place to go for your golfing needs.

Always helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Now own a new pair of lightweight Callaway golf shoes.
