I had a chance meeting with one of these people today, apparently I took his car park. He parked me in and after 10mins, came down and made his point clear to me with regards to taking his parking spot (though there were other spots available). I'd never been there before and as I had reverse parked, I didn't see the tiny sign that had been pushed back into the garden and didn't realise that the spot was reserved. I had assumed that it was the customer area. Well, he really showed me, in a limp wristed way. 
If this is the mentality and character of the apparent higherachy of this company, then I have absolutely no confidence in their product or service, for all he knew, I was a prospective client (I actually am) but now I have one less option to concern myself with. Well done mate! You're definitely a winner!
